Anna Wilcox, Executive Director
Anna first came to Casper in 2016 as Executive Director of The Wyoming Eclipse Festival spearheading the communities efforts to prepare for the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse. In June of 2018 she returned to Casper and was appointed Executive Director in August. Anna brings with her a strong commitment to United Way’s core values and mission, a proven capacity to strategically guide an organization as well as the ability to develop rich and meaningful relationships with key community members. Building on over 15 years volunteer experience supporting community non-profits becoming Executive Director, in her words, “is the perfect opportunity to combine my professional experience with my personal passion on a daily basis to support need within my community.”
Gayle Wieser, Community Engagement Coordinator, is a Wyoming Native and has been with United Way of Natrona County since 2007. Gayle has successfully worked with United Way supporters in a wide range of activities, including the Annual Campaign, Day of Action, and Eat, Drink and Be Caring.
Mandy Anderson, Community Programs Coordinator, moved to Casper in September 2014 and has been with United Way of Natrona County since then. Mandy is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Administration at the University of Wyoming. She manages different Community Programs such as the Wyoming Free Tax Service (VITA), Success by 6, Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) and program & service funding in Converse County.
